Finally, we end the year in the heart of central Brighton, right next to Churchill Square.

With inside and courtyard outside trading options available over the whole weekend, the focus will very much be on some serious Christmas shopping where visitors are guaranteed to find some unique gifts just in time for Christmas!

I will ensure we are even more visible on the entrance to Churchill Square main car park and surrounding area.

One day or full weekend trading options, gazebo hire available for outside (ideal for shared or larger pitches). 

PITCH options & INFO:

inside - 6ft table

  • 6ft pitch without a table: £54 per day

    6ft pitch with a table: £58 per day

    Table measures approx 182×77cm.

    If you need a rail space alongside your pitch, please ensure you apply for the option with a rail space - Rail space at Wagner Hall is very limited.

    There will not be space to accommodate rails on the day if not already pre-agreed. Rails are not provided - please bring your own (up to 110cm length).

    Browsers are free but must be listed in your requirements and placed where shown on set up.

    Some tables will be placed against the wall (with a chair to the side) OR on the stage (access via a few stairs) if this does not suit your set up, please express on requirements.

INSIDE - 4FT TABLE

  • If you only need a small pitch, then the 4ft table option will be ideal.

    Table measures approximately 120cm x 60cm and has a weight limit of 30kg. For this reason, these tables are NOT suitable for heavy setups/products such as large ceramics.

    There are limited amount of 4ft table pitches.

    If you need a rail space alongside your pitch, please ensure you apply for the option with a rail space - Rail space at Wagner Hall is very limited.

    There will not be space to accommodate rails on the day if not already pre-agreed. Rails are not provided - please bring your own (up to 110cm length).

    Browsers are free but must be listed in your requirements and placed where shown on set up.

Fig Tree Garden - Gazebo pitches

  • The Fig Tree Garden is ideal for those needing a larger set up. You can bring your own gazebo or have one provided for you. Please note you will need to provide your own tables etc.

    Hot Food traders are welcome to apply (gazebo trading only)

    Electricity can be provide

    PRICES:

    3x3m (bring your own gazebo) - £25 per day

    Outside 3x3m (gazebo provided) - £45 per day

  • There is no parking on site, but its right next to Churchill Square Car Park.

  • Yes, we'd love to welcome local food/drink producers for either inside or outside pitches.

  • Chairs are provided for all pitches.

    Tables are provided (6ft and 4ft) for some pitches but you can also apply to bring your own.

    There are limited amount of tables.

  • Yes, but is limited. I will do my best to ensure everyone who requires electricity has access. You will need to bring your own extension leads and ensure everything is PAT tested.

  • INSIDE:

    6ft pitch with table - £56

    6ft pitch without table - £54

    4ft pitch with table - £43

    You can also add on a rail space for £10 but rails are not provided and space for rails is very limited and based on a first come first serve basis.

    OUTSIDE (COURTYARD):

    3x3 pitch without gazebo - £25 (you must provide weights/pegs to weigh down)

    3x3 pitch with gazebo - £45 (comes fully weighted and will be set up ready for you) You will need to supply your own tables

    Outside pitches come without tables - please bring your own depending on your requirements

  • Yes, we’re happy for exhibitors to share 6ft pitches & outside pitches but please list both businesses on application. Unfortunately the 4ft tables aren’t suitable for sharing as they are too small.

  • As always, I pride myself on a full marketing campaign for each event, and of course this will be no different.

    Each exhibitor will be featured across our socials and website & we will provide you with numerous graphics for your own social media channels.

    We also expect you to advertise on your platforms for further awareness and you’re welcome to use any of our images/graphics on our socials as well as the ones we provide for you. We also welcome collaborative posts on IG.

  • Yes, the venue has wifi.

  • yes, well behaved and friendly pooches are welcome

  • Some pitches will be placed on the stage with access via a few stairs. Please let us know if this isn't suitable for you.

    Disabled access is available via the back doors into courtyard via Russel Road.
